Description

Bigger, Bolder, and Loaded with innovative features, the AVX1980c is engineered to check all the boxes for crappie anglers. The 19’ 10” layout includes the smooth, responsive handling of SeaStar™ Pro hydraulic steering, while quick hole shots and a glass-inspired ride further highlight the on-plane performance. Supporting the ride, our whisper-quiet, Hush Hull™ design dampens sound, culling hull slap and spooky fish concerns. The .125 hull bottom thickness combines with integrated spray rails for an ultra-dry ride and even more comfort, convenience, and confidence.

Inside the stretch-formed gunnels, deck and storage space are off the charts. The monster-sized front platform measures a full 12-inches wider (over 20%) at the forward seat bases than similar sized rigs! It’s a revolutionary, ultra-stable design with record-setting room for 3-across seating. Also up front, an aerated livewell/baitwell is fitted with a reverse-hinged lid to help keep the action uninterrupted. Multiple gear boxes dominate the massive forward deck with the port box easily cradling 9-foot rods. Longer sticks comfortably ride along the port and starboard sides, once again, keeping everything close at hand.

The trolling motor station is equipped with a recessed well for the pedal as well as tool slots, a cup holder, electronics, and remote switching. Elsewhere, 35-gallons of fuel capacity center the cockpit, and the custom seating includes a driver seat slide as well as a choice of a center storage box and step, folding center seat and step, or an open step. At the helm, the glass-infused console is home to a full complement of electronics and instrumentation.

Oversized, fiberglass storage boxes (not plastic) permeate the model, bringing added dryness through raised lips, compression latches, and deeper water evac channels. The rear deck is centered by a tournament-grade, fiberglass livewell equipped with recirculating aeration, auto fill valve, pump-out, and anti-splash ring. Further aft, our Vector Force™ transom is built to absorb the added shock and weight from today’s heavier outboards, shallow water anchors, and other stern-mounted gear.

Coupled with a remote drain plug, stainless steel pop-up cleats, upright level flotation, and wood-free construction, this rig helps ensure you won’t ever be crowded out. Oversized Gelcoat/Fiberglass Rear Storage

No more flimsy, plastic drop-in boxes held down with wood screws. Our fiberglass boxes are generously oversized while being sealed and foamed into each AVX. It's a solid combination that reinforces our notably quiet, solid, and responsive feel. Additionally, the raised lid openings provide an even drier seal, delivering added protection from water and weather.

Stretch-Formed Gunnels

Just because the hull is built out of aluminum doesn't mean it has to resemble your grandfather's jon boat. Our exclusive stretch-formed gunnels provide a sleek look that's often mistaken for fiberglass. Not only does the design create more deck space and room to fish but it delivers an incredibly smooth, solid, and quiet rough water ride.

Tournament Grade Fiberglass Livewell

When money's on the line it's comforting to know that our livewell system is designed to keep the day's catch healthy and safe. We incorporate a valve system that makes changes easy, no more sticking your hand in cold water to drain the livewell. Additionally, the well is equipped with recirculating aeration, a pump-out system, and Splash Guard technology.

Loaded with Standard Features

You won't see us offering base-level equipment that keeps the starting price artificially low. As avid anglers ourselves, we package the boats like we would want them. Custom Built Vexus® Trailer

Don't settle for a trailer built by the lowest bidder. Ours are built in-house, alongside the boat. But we don't stop there. We put four trailer bunks under the boat. Not only does this help cradle your investment when towing, it makes loading at the ramp a breeze. A 4” Channel frame, UV-protected polyurea coating, LED lights, aluminum wheels, surge disc brakes, and matching painted accents complete the overall package.

Stainless Pull-Up Tie Cleats

Stop breaking rods and tearing clothing. Our stainless-steel pull-up cleats stay out of the way until they're needed.

Oversized Pedestal Bases

Others use a ¾” diameter base to hold the fishing seats in place. We believe in going a step farther. Our 1.77” diameter base is stronger and will last longer.

Compression Lid Locks

One key to providing drier storage is to help ensure the lid completely seals. We accomplish this by using compression locks that pull the lid tight against the rubber seal.

Raised Lip and Oversized Seal for Lid Openings

Our raised lips and oversized seals force water away from the lid openings. Evacuating the water is critical to keeping your gear dry.

Our Vector Force Transom is constructed of .125” aluminum and reinforced with 60% more material than the industry standard. Hard Case™ Paint

Many aluminum boats receive the same paint that's applied to a cheap utility trailer. Instead, we paint the entire hull showing no raw aluminum and the matching color is protected by a Hard Case™ clear coat.
