Unlike other large capacity grain carts, these Demco grain carts have a corner auger design providing excellent visibility. Demco’s large capacity grain carts have a PTO driven drag auger. These grain carts are unmatched in the industry with convenient features, first-rate quality, and excellent efficiency for your harvest operation.
FEATURES

Standard Features

• 1 ¾ - 1000 RPM PTO

• Protect auger driver and tractor PTO with the automatic reset “cut-out” clutch with overrunning clutch

• NO Pulleys or Belts! PTO driven drivetrain. Gearbox includes 2 output PTO shafts (1 for horizontal auger and 1 for vertical auger).

• Adjustable austempered cast hitch, fits category 4 or 5 hammer strap tractor drawbar

• Grain viewing windows

• 10,000 lb. drop-leg tongue jack with separate storage position provides tighter turning radius

• Hand wheel operated clean-out door at bottom of auger for easy post season clean-out

• High visibility - reflective decals & LED lights

• Narrow transport width – w/ 1050 tires: 11’ 9”, w/ 1250 tires: 12’4”

• Better clearance - low side cart height ONLY 11’

• Low center of gravity for side hill stability

• 6 lever operated doors for trough clean-out

• 22” diameter vertical auger with 3/8” flighting and Posi-Drive connection

• UltraFlyte made with 1008/1010 high carbon steel including a thicker outer edge, resulting in up to 50% longer wear and faster conveying

• Forward reach auger for optimum operator visibility - adjusts vertically from 12’ to 16’ to help prevent grain spilling

• Auger folds within the width of the box for compact transporting and storage
