PERFORMANCE

SCANIA POWER GENERATION ENGINE

Powered by a Tier 4 Final Scania diesel engine, the HA30 uses a five-cylinder, 9.3-liter DC 9 turbocharged diesel, producing 375 hp (276 kW) and 1,876 Nm of torque. The power generation engines from Scania are based on a robust design with a strength-optimized cylinder block containing wet cylinder liners, which can easily be exchanged to promote reparability and fuel economy.

DIFFERENTIAL AND DRIVELINE

Hyundai's articulated dump truck design has one rear differential and a simple driveline, which results in less moving parts for easier and lower-cost maintenance. Front and rear differentials are limited-slip, longitudinal differential can be manually locked by pushing 1 button.

FUEL EFFICIENCY

The HA30 torque converter has lock-up in all gears, reducing fuel consumption and increasing efficiency. Fuel, AdBlue diesel engine exhaust fluid and a standard auto-lube greasing system can all be easily accessed from ground level, for improved site safety.

HIMATE TELEMATICS

Hyundai’s Himate telematic monitoring system is standard, with satellite and GSM connectivity, to reach the most inaccessible construction and mining sites across the world. This allows customers to remotely monitor productivity, fuel consumption, system warning, and maintenance status, reducing unplanned downtime and improving fleet utilisation.

EASY ACCESS TO AUTO LUBE SYSTEM

Hyundai articulated dump trucks have a standard automatic central lubrication system. Grease is only pumped at predetermined intervals when the truck is moving, thanks to the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU).

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE DISPLAY

The service and maintenance multifunctional display on Hyundai's articulated dump trucks makes it easy to check transmission oil level, plus hydraulic and electronic compoinents.

INITIAL MAINTENANCE INTERVAL
