SPECIAL FEATURES

DS VERSION WITH RIGID HEADSTOCK/DN VERSIONS WITH FOLLOW-UP DEVICESwinging axle mounted at the centre of gravity for optimal ground adaptation

The SANOS 401 DS version with a working width of 4.00 metres has a rigid, compact headstock that has been specially developed to be attached to alpine tractors. The three versions – SANOS 401 DN, 431 DN and 601 DN – that have working widths of 4.00 m to 5.70 m are equipped with a flexible follow-up device.

INCREASED STABILITY ON HILLSIDES THANKS TO THE ROTOR'S SYNCHRONISED LIFTING FACILITYSwinging axle mounted at the centre of gravity for optimal ground adaptation

The synchronised lifting facility prevents unfavourable weight distribution during the folding process and ensures that the machine is stable, even on sloping terrain.

DRIVING AND TRANSPORT STABILITY THANKS TO THE SHORT TRACTOR ATTACHMENTSwinging axle mounted at the centre of gravity for optimal ground adaptation

Thanks to the short, compact attachment, the centre of gravity is close to the tractor and therefore leads to excellent track stability on hillsides and on the road.

CAN BE USED IN AN EXTREMELY WIDE RANGE OF HARVESTING CONDITIONS THANKS TO THE SPREADING ANGLE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEMSwinging axle mounted at the centre of gravity for optimal ground adaptation

The spreading angle adjustment system allows for a rotor pitch in three different positions, which means that it can be used in an extremely wide range of harvesting conditions.

NO LOSSES OF FORAGE THANKS TO THE EDGE SPREADING DEVICESwinging axle mounted at the centre of gravity for optimal ground adaptation

The edge spreading device, which comes as standard, ensures that losses of forage can be prevented at the edge of the field and in the most difficult harvesting conditions or when working in hillside lines (DN versions)

AUTOMATIC LOCK FOR INCREASED SAFETY ON HILLSIDESSwinging axle mounted at the centre of gravity for optimal ground adaptation

The automatic lock prevents the machine from swinging in the direction of travel when it is raised, and ensures that it is stable on hillsides (DN model).

TECHNOLOGIES

Super C tines

The Super C quality feature guarantees an extremely high level of quality together with an extremely long service life. As early as the manufacturing stage, special process steps are used to design the tines for toughness, elasticity and durability.

Power train

The SANOS power train with universal joints ensures consistent and reliable power transmission.

Rotor head technology

The enclosed, maintenance-friendly rotor head from FELLA drives the SANOS tedder with a high degree of stability and cost-effectiveness.
