Thanks to the 30° pivot angle of the mower unit, it is also possible to work neatly on ditches and slopes. The oil maintenance of the cutter bar is designed in such a way that reliable lubrication of all components is guaranteed at all times.

THE MOWER IS PROTECTED BY A SPRING-LOADED IMPACT GUARD SYSTEM

The spring-loaded impact guard system provides optimum protection for the mower if an obstruction is encountered when driving. Reversing automatically re-engages the mower unit in the working position.

The controlled kinematic lifting mechanism prevents the cutter bar from digging into the sward. When lifting using a single-acting control unit, the cutter bar is lifted parallel to the ground. The position of the three-point hydraulics system remains unchanged.

EASY ATTACHMENT AND REMOVAL OF THE CONDITIONER

The RAMOS 210, 270 and 320 disc mowers with side attachment are also available with a tine rotor conditioner (KC) and the RAMOS 210 and 270 disc mowers are also available with a roller conditioner (RC). The FELLA modular system facilitates easy attachment and removal of the conditioner.

RC roller conditioners

The mower-conditioner combination shortens the natural fermentation process of the mowed forage by hours. This gives you a decisive time advantage, particularly in unpredictable weather conditions – a quicker and safer way to produce your high-quality forage. The roller conditioner ensures intensive, yet low-impact conditioning of leafy plants such as alfalfa.

KC tine-rotor conditioners

The mower-conditioner combination shortens the natural fermentation process of the mowed forage by hours. This gives you a decisive time advantage, particularly in unpredictable weather conditions – a quicker and safer way to produce your high-quality forage. The waxy layer of the forage is rubbed off and a loose, airy swath is deposited.
