The Wright Parts

The operator platform on Stander ZK, X, and Intensity models have a soft riding suspension. The platform moves on rubber pivots, and there are elastomer springs below the platform. These springs absorb rebound energy and provide a progressive spring rate so they get stiffer the lower they ride. This system provides a soft ride while never requiring lubrication or maintenance.

Stander ZK, X, and Intensity models are equipped with a push button deck adjust. This allows us to use strong springs to make it easier for you to raise and lower the deck while preventing the deck from jumping up and down when traveling over bumpy ground. This system also makes it easier to temporarily raise the deck in ¼'' increments without resetting the height select pin.

Deck Level Adjustment

Leveling the deck is critical for an excellent cut. In most cases, the front of the deck should be ¼''lower than the back of the deck. This allows the grass to be clean cut once rather than bruised by the mower blade hitting the grass blade many times. All floating deck Wright mowers are equipped with either a bolt-type adjustment or a pivoting adjuster making it easy to set your deck to the correct height and pitch to match the your tire wear or preferred tire pressure.

Flexible Chute Deflector

The flexible chute deflector is soft and easily gives way to trees, fences or the edge of a trailer; yet it effectively controls the discharge. The chute deflector easily pivots upward, allowing a Gobbler catcher to be mounted, and it has a spring to ensure that it's not left in the up position.
