Similar in operation to our smaller AJ401 and J400 models, the J600 series has 160 gallon capacity, a higher output fan with disconnect and uses a Jacto two stage, 34 gpm, centrifugal pump to deliver the spray solution through a larger outlet duct. The J600 will achieve up to a 110 foot spray swath, depending on the crop and wind conditions.

There are two different J600 models... the J600CHT and J600EL.

The J600CHT has hydraulic duct controls standard and uses the tractor remotes to energize the movement. The J600CHT also has manual on/off spray controls. You must have two open sets of remotes available.

The J600EL is a self contained unit with its own hydraulic and electric on/off controls and does not need any tractor remotes... otherwise both models are the same in features and performanace.

Like the the J400 series, The J600 series uses a single lever flow control that makes calibration simple and easy with our customizable calibration charts available under the After Sales support tab.

Popular applications are a wide variety of vegetables, especially pumpkins and sweet corn, both highbush and low wild blueberries, Christmas trees, container and tree nurseries, pasture and forage field management and for spraying odor control agents in landfills.

CANNON Duct

The Cannon outlet duct is easy to operate and can be adjusted horizontally up to 290 degrees and vertically by 34 degrees. Besides the main cannon duct, there are two smaller adjustable intermediate ducts on the lower side of the main duct and each of these ducts has three nozzles for even better close up coverage

ELECTRIC CONTROL

For growers with cab tractors we offer an optional electric valve kit with in-cab controller for the J600CHT. Electric controls are standard with the J600EL.

EXTENSION

Optional duct extension kit. In crops such as highbush blueberries, certain varieties of sweet corn and taller nursery or nut trees, it may be desirable to add the 39 or 78 inch duct extension. These extensions mount to the top of the fan housing before the outlet duct to raise the whole assembly. This higher mount allows you to achieve proper spray angles across, down and through the crop.
