M9 Merger

The M9 merger features a 9′ pick-up head with independent head flotation.

The 42″ cross conveyor allows for hi-capacity of crop discharge.

All H&S Mergers feature an anti-wrap guard (patented) on the cross conveyor bearings to protect against material wrapping on the shafts and destroying bearings.

Replaceable three prong plastic teeth handle the crop gently and the high rear panel prevents spillage over the back.

The pick-up head crop roller is adjustable for height and tension.

Cross conveyor speeds up when pickup speed is increased.

By switching the 2 easy quick disconnect hoses around, you can change from right side merging to left side merging or inverting with the optional inverter shield.

Storage for the inverter shield is out of the way behind the machine.

The rear swivel tail wheel has a brake assembly that can easily be tightened by a single bolt for severe field conditions or transport.

An optional self-contained hydraulic drive kit with PTO pump can be installed on the M9 Merger. This feature allows tractors with a minimum 5 g.p.m. hydraulic capacity and 1 remote to operate the merger.

An optional 2′ extension or accelerator roller (patented) fluffs windrows. Both options allow you to merge up to 14′ cuts of hay windrowed up to 9′.

Gauge Wheel
The gauge wheels and Hydra-Swing Crop Roller are easily set to crop conditions just by removing and replacing the pins in the desired setting.

Right To Left
