iMP772 Fixed Tooth Mulcher for Power Take Off on a Tractor
The 700 series Baumalight Brush Fire brush mulchers will efficiently mulch heavy brush and trees and are designed for contractors, rental and any other heavy duty mulching and land clearing. The 700 Series teeth are available in either Ripper or Planer style. The carbide Ripper tooth is the good general use tooth. Their v-shaped design shreds through brush unforgivingly and makes them less vulnerable in areas plagued by rocks and debris. The 700 Series Planer style tooth provides the most efficient cutting by smoothly chipping away at the brush. Its flat profile however makes it vulnerable to shattering on impact with rocks and other debris.
Tractor mounted brush mulchers are not limited to reverse only, drive forward over your mulch and turn it into a finer mulch. Also unique on the MP560 and bigger sizes of tractor mount Brush Fires is the opening cutting shield, this allows you to adjust for a better, higher angle of attack on bigger brush or keep it closed and control the mulch for even finer results.
With direct drive from the engine, all the way through the heavy duty gear box to the teeth a brush mulcher on the PTO of a tractor is the most efficient way to use a brush mulcher for land clearing.

Ripper and planer teeth
Unique to the 700 Series teeth, is the Cup and Cone mount. Machined into the holder and forged into the teeth. Engineered to take all the strain off the mounting bolt, eliminating shearing forces. Teeth in either Ripper or Planer style are bolted into place, this hungry combination is ready to tear up brush limb from limb. The 700 Series carbide Ripper tooth is the perfect general use tooth. Backed by high efficiency motors and massive rotors, their v-shaped design shreds through brush unforgivingly and makes them less vulnerable in areas plagued by rocks and debris.
The 700 Series Planer style tooth provides the most efficient cutting by smoothly chipping away at the brush. It’s flat profile however makes it vulnerable to shattering on impact with rocks and other debris. So it is only recommended for cutting applications where efficiency is more important than tooth life.

Hydraulic doors
The front and rear doors are hydraulically controlled from the cab to give you control of the mulching action. When closed you control flying debris and produce even finer mulch. Open the rear door to better attack stubborn brush by exposing more of the rotor.
|
Reinforced Belt
A heavy duty reinforced belt delivers the force from the gear box to the rotor. Not only does this belt refuse to back down in the face of dense brush, it also offers protection from the shocks inherent in mulching.

HARDENED STEEL BUSHING
Spring Bushings made from high grade chrome-vanadium AISI 6150 spring steel on all main pivot points.

Greaseable Pins
Our grease pins are zinc plated to prevent corrosion which will allow for smoother operation of the units joints over their lifetime.
