AN ALTERNATE WAY TO MEET YOUR APPLICATION AND INCORPORATION IN ONE PASS
The AerWay Splash Hood System was developed as an economical alternative to manage, apply, and incorporate slurry. The Splash Hoods can be mounted to either Slurry Tank or Dragline Systems. As well, the hoods can be located to either the front or the back of the machine, to suit your specific needs. The tubular frame design allows you to mount the Splash
Hoods to AWS Straight and AWF Folding Frame Models in both the Single Row or CCT configurations. All units benefit from the patented “Vertical Tillage” tines to relieve compaction, aerate, till, and allow soil to absorb and hold manure. The Splash Hood Dragline units are equipped with the patented Folding Swing Boom with the integrated multi-directional wrist action boom.
LINE PRESSURE AND ANTI-SIPHON VALVE FOR DRAGLINE
The Dragline Swing Boom is equipped with a four-bolt flange to allow inline installation of this valve. It allows the operator to keep pressure on the soft hose when moving on the job site.
DRY START AND CLEAN-OUT VALVE FOR DRAGLINE
This valve is hydraulically activated and is used to isolate and purge the debris contained in the supply line during start-up. This helps to reduce plugging problems and can be done on the go. Once the plug passes, the valve is closed and the slurry is directed to the Splash Hoods.
SUMP AND MANUAL CLEAN-OUT FOR SLURRY TANKS
This option is located in the supply line between the tank and manifold for the Splash Hood. The weight of the manure may cause a trough or sump in the supply line. The manual clean-out valve allows the operator to drain off slurry material and allow him to disconnect the Slurry Tank from the AerWay.
AW-PT9800-16-LL WHEEL KIT LEVEL LIFT SYSTEM
This feature lifts the AerWay and Dragline Swing Boom evenly to help keep the drag line hose between the tripod tower and hose reel straight.
