A powerful and consistent combination.
-
1 > Front gangs of offset disks for scalping stubble and cutting plants.
-
2 > Loosening tines mounted on a parallelogram to work soil structure up to 40cm deep.
-
3 > Gangs of offset rear discs for optimum leveling.
-
4 > Tamping roller.
|
|
Front disc gangs.
The angle of the gangs of disks is adjustable guranteeing penetration capability in all conditions.
The offset disk gangs work over the entire width: pulling up the topsoil, reducing the size of residues, better soil / residue mix.
|
|
Tines
The tines are mounted on parallelograms which allows hydraulic adjustment of the working depth and keeps it independent of the working depth of the discs.
Two types of tines are available:
-
Discodent: intense mixing.
-
Michel: break up and loosening without mixing layers.
Two types of safety system are available:
-
Shear bolt.
-
Non-stop hydraulic.
Loosening promotes drainage and root penetration.
|
|
Rear disc gangs.
Rear disc gangs role is to refine the profile and pulverise residues in order to obtain a homogeneous and level mixture.
This promotes decomposition.
|
|
Tamping roller
The rollers function is depth setting and to maintain stability of the machine at work.
Consolidation of the surface is essential not to leave the soilwith hollows or bumps and to create ideal conditions for germination (loss of harvest, green manures, quick seeding)
|
|
Different profiles of rollers are available:
-
Ø 600 mm steel, “V” or flat profile
-
Ø 740 mm steel, “V” profile or “Farm Flex” rubber
