With a brawny maximum lift capacity of up to 8,800 pounds or lift height up to 31.5 feet, these rugged telehandlers effectively load, stack, scoop and dig for increased versatility and efficiency.

ENGINE

INCREASED POWER, STABILITY AND VISIBILITY

The LM5000 side-engine design provides better machine balance for greater stability and faster, more productive operation. The side-engine design also greatly improves visibility to the right and rear of the machine, in areas that are traditionally blind spots for telehandler operators.

TIER III BIODIESEL ENGINES

The turbocharged 120-horsepower, Tier III four-cylinder engines can run on environmentally friendly biodiesel that meets ASTM 6751 standards or traditional diesel fuel.

CLEANER RADIATOR DESIGN

Unlike many competitive models, the LM5000 includes an oversized radiator located at the rear of the engine pod where it will stay cleaner in dirty operating conditions. For extreme conditions, a reversible fan is available.

TRANSMISSION

The The LM5000 telehandler 4x3 powershift transmission provides smooth, easy shifting for greater productivity. With simple clutch-free, on-the-go shifting, operators accomplish more with less effort. Full-time, four-wheel drive delivers the traction needed to navigate even the toughest conditions.

CAB / ROPS

TOP OPERATOR COMFORT, VISIBILITY AND CONTROL

The LM5000 telehandler’s large, spacious cab with reduced noise levels, less vibration and outstanding visibility is designed for operator comfort and productivity. The rounded cab includes a massive glass area with a large roof window that provides an ideal view of the load in the raised position.

EASY-REACH CONTROLS

With controls grouped for quick, easy access and a convenient seat-mounted joystick, the LM5000 is designed for top efficiency. Standard high-capacity heating and air conditioning add maximum operator comfort.

HYDRAULICS

MORE HYDRAULIC FLOW FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE

New Holland telehandlers include efficient piston-type hydraulic pumps for increased hydraulic flow and ample operating power. The system’s lower operating pressure results in less wear and tear on hydraulic components. The reduced heat build up in the hydraulic oil decreases oil degradation and extends oil change intervals for less maintenance and lower costs.

EXTRA-LONG REACH

When you need to lengthen your reach, LM5000 telehandlers are ready for the challenge. These handy machines have the capacity to extend a feed load more than 12 feet over a corral fence to reach a feeder, completely load or unload a semitrailer full of large square bales from one side and load trucks that have 13-foot sides.

STEERING / BRAKES

• Front-wheel steer, for maximum control at transport speeds.

An attachment quick-coupler enables speedy attachment interchange. With the simple mechanical locking mechanism, you change attachments easily by removing a single locking pin. For even more convenience, a hydraulic lock is available.

Thanks to a turning radius as tight as 11.2 feet, a low-profile design and three steering modes - two-wheel, four-wheel and crab steer - New Holland compact telehandlers let you easily access and reach cramped spaces and out-of-the-way corners.

They also feature greater stability when lifting loads at full extension, delivering a maximum lift height of 21 feet and a top lift capacity of 6,175 lbs.

Maximum 29-gpm hydraulic flow means fast response in any task. A wide selection of attachments can be swapped-out quickly, so you can perform numerous jobs with one machine. Full-time 4WD powers you through mud, wet fields and snow.

The cab is more spacious than most competitive models and gives you 360° visibility. A single, multi-function joystick provides precise control over all boom functions.
