This boat is superb in every way. Front compartments are spacious and the center floor space allows plenty of room to fish another angler standing up. The bench seat makes a comfortable ride and easy knap space. (My brother always takes a nap inbetween fishing spots running Amistad Lake.) We never worry about handling rough water. I bought my third Triton fish/ski, a 2012. The Mercury 250 is quiet and smooth, always reliable. This boat I got EVERYTHING I ever wanted. The 101 Minnkota with the lift assist, Structure Scan, Bimini Top, all factory assembled. I drove to pick it up just miles from the factory staying on beautiful Bull Shoals Lake! My dealer, Hodges Marine, has been efficient and pleasant, knowledgable in every aspect of this boat. I tore the Bimini having to order a new one. It was truck delivered to my door within days, per my request. Dealing with Triton, now partners with Ranger is truly Top Notch. Senior was available after several years, still spoke with me on the phone about props and Forest Woods brother took phone calls. I could hear a smile in his voice and a politeness that truly made the customer feel important. I ran a 20 ft. Legend two years while owning a 210 Escape, switching out summer bass boat for winter protection from the elements. Selling both I chose the Triton 220 Escape for it's all weather reliability on large bodies of water. I can flip and pitch in shallow water just as well as any bass boat and have a dry ride every day of the year....Laura Elkins...Happy 220 Escape Owner
