Overview
State-of-the-Art designs make the new DF9.9B most technically advanced portable outboard on the market today.  This is the world's first 9.9 hp outboard motor designed with Lean Burn and Battery-Less Electronic Fuel Injection. The Suzuki EFI system operates Battery-Less, which is an industry first in this horse-power class. The DF9.9B is a smooth running "Next Generation" four stroke which delivers quick starts, great accelleration, awesome performance and superior fuel economy. Go Lean, Clean and Green, Go Suzuki!
BATTERY-LESS FUEL INJECTION AND FUEL EFFICIENCY
The ALL NEW DF9.9B is the first outboard in the 7.3kW (9.9PS) class equipped with a battery-less fuel injection system. Suzuki four strokes are rightly famous for their fuel efficiency and technology that lets you go further, for less.
POWER TILT OPERATION           
Power Tilt comes standard on both the DF9.9BTL and DF9.9BTHL models, further increasing the ease of operating Suzuki's DF9.9B models.
CLEANER, MORE EFFICIENT OPERATION
Suzuki utilizes a number of its advanced technologies to deliver cleaner, more efficient operation that conforms to the Recreational Craft Directive (RCD) – Directive 2003/44EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, and has received three-star ratings from the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
