For unrivaled performance, the SLX 280 Outboard is equipped with legendary propulsion from Mercury Marine®. The sport boat is powered by standard twin Mercury® 250 Verado® outboard engines with Joystick Piloting, SmartCraft® Digital Throttle & Shift (DTS), and optional Dynamic Running Surface™.

SPACES REIMAGINED

The SLX 280 Outboard showcases an expanded cockpit redesigned for added luxury, improved function and more room. Deeper seats promote ergonomics and comfort while seamless storage areas, like the transom locker and cockpit floor compartment, keep gear secure when not in use. For beverages and snacks, the transom sunpad features an integrated cooler located conveniently underneath the seat. The cockpit can also be upgraded with a drawer-style refrigerator and a useful end table equipped with a wireless charging station.

DAZZLING LIGHTS

LED lights and courtesy lighting illuminate the SLX 280 Outboard for even more fun out on the water after dark. Available with the Lighting Bundle, LED RGB-W color-changing lighting can entertain guests with a rainbow of colors or help set the mood for a romantic getaway for two. For a sporty Sea Ray logo projection light on the cockpit floor, choose both the Lighting Bundle and Power Tower upgrade.

CAPTAINING MADE EASY

The SLX 280 Outboard is outfitted with the latest technologies for effortless navigation and control. The helm is equipped with a standard Dual Digital Dash™ with 9″ Simrad® touchscreen displays (can be upgraded to 12”), Mercury Marine® engine data, Active Trim control & monitoring, CZone® digital switching and more. The helm also includes a Fusion® stereo system for the best in marine audio entertainment.

VESSELVIEW® MOBILE

Stay alert through an on-board management system connected to your mobile device that displays VesselView® data on your device. VesselView® Mobile uses Bluetooth to display gauge information on your iPhone or Android, and allows you to monitor all engines and customize data points across three screens. Receive alerts if something isn't right with your engine to assist in troubleshooting and keep you on the water.
