The forestry mulcher for skid steer loaders for ROW and utility work taking the best qualities from the successful Miniforst and Midiforst skid steer mulchers, the new SEPPI MINIFORST cl sets a new standard. With a low, compact design, CL designates “compact loader.” The SEPPI MINIFORST cl  mulcher is equipped with a standard SAE interface, and is suitable for any skid steer with available hydraulic flow between 50 and 150 l/min [13-40 gpm]

The MINIFORST cl with new CUT CONTROL™ rotor has been engineered to meet the demands of mulching contractors where a sharpenable blade is desired. The goal was to manufacture a rotor using the existing MINI BLADE tools and proven tool holder but with the addition of a gauge to reduce the depth of cut being made by the aggressive MINI BLADES. The result is a rotor that maintains SEPPI’s unprecedented recovery rate, improves efficiency and allows the operator to reach the ground if desired to mulch all material to ground level with ease.

 

 

 

SEPPI MINIFORST cl mulcher is available with several hydraulic motor options. The most powerful and efficient of which, the variable displacement M-BOOST™ motor, offers 40% more torque than standard motors. A high-flow circuit is recommended. With a patented, aggressive rotor, and efficient MINI DUO tungsten carbide tipped hammers, the SEPPI MINIFORST cl can mulch wood and brush to 20 cm diameter, at working speeds up to 5 km/hr. A strong frame, made of wear resistant steel, heavy duty belt cover, well protected hydraulic cylinder and protection chains all assure a long working life. The highly productive, exposed rotor working in concert with five rows of tempered counter cutters provide perfect mulching results.
