Proven Concept/High Capacity Design

The coulter chisel concept has been used for decades as an alternative primary tillage practice. The Landoll 2100 Series Coulter Chisel incorporates this concept into high capacity - that translates to handling heavy residue at higher speeds with maximum efficiency.  Available in working widths from 8’ 9” to 31’ 3”, these units will work with a wide range of tractor sizes and provide ultimate productivity for nearly any operation.  The concept combines straight cut 22” coulters, spaced at 7 1/2”, with high clearance chisel shanks, spaced at 15”, for fracturing the soil while sizing and blending the residue. Shanks are arranged to follow a coulter and have one in between each for optimum sizing.

Designed With the Operator in Mind

The Landoll 2100 Series Coulter Chisel offers single point depth control at the front of the machine.  Hydraulically controlled coulters allow for “on the go” adjustments to meet changing conditions right from the comfort of the tractor cab.  The self-leveling hitch provides a “set it and forget it” adjustment that maintains level operation from front to rear.  Shank assemblies are available in auto-reset or rigid shear bolt style. Optional leveling devices for final finishing of the worked field are available.  These options are designed with easy adjustments built-in for fine tuning the surface to accommodate each individual need.

It's About the Frame

High capacity primary tillage tools need to have a solid foundation to build from.  The Landoll 2100 Series Coulter Chisel uses precision, laser cut structural steel frame members that are robotically welded for ultimate strength and reliability.  This process of manufacturing provides the end user with piece of mind that the Landoll 2100 Coulter Chisel will be in it for the long haul.
