With an empty weight of just 12,945 lbs. and a load capacity of up to 24 tons, the 305D Ultralite bottom dumps are a profitable investment. A rounded barrel-shape hopper design providing inherent strength eliminates the need for all but one stiffener making for a lighter weight trailer. The 21 cubic yard hopper capacity can be increased to 24 cubic yards with the additional sideboards and brackets.  The 305D is a triple axle bottom dump.  

Unique Gates

All 305D trailers are equipped with air-operated double clamshell windrow gates. With high-speed 7" cylinders these unique gates open faster, easier and with less outward tub-wall pressure that conventional flat-bottom gates. Rocking king pin bolsters that absorb and spread out load torque. Spring suspension is standard but an optional neway air ride suspension is available.
