The Model 353 double drop trailer was designed to transport a wide variety of oversize, over-height equipment such as motor coaches, metro buses, shuttle buses or Class B and C motor homes.  The 353 has a full width front well that allows for a deck height of just 26”. The rear tandem wheel well pockets are equipped with Landoll’s  “Mechanical Wheel Well Lifter”. You have all trailer hydraulic functions at your fingertips with the standard wireless remote controls.

Landoll brings this new design down to 5° load angle. Buses and RVs require the lowest possible load angle and the 353 gets you there. The Model 353, a 35 ton three axle trailer, is designed to handle even the heaviest of motor coaches. The three axle undercarriage has air ride suspension, 25,000 lb. axles and most importantly a 132” axle spread. Every bus is different and you can operate under legal weight limits or maximize the axle group when needed under permit.

To obtain the lowest deck height possible, the Outrigger Lift System was developed. From a stored position under the deck, cylinders extend the Outriggers. When rotated to a vertical position the Outriggers become the lift system that raises the rear of the trailer. Next the undercarriage is moved to the most forward position. All that remains is to lower the rear trailer approach to the ground. The Outrigger’s Extension Cylinders can also side-shift the entire trailer approach to achieve proper alignment with the bus.
