The Trekker4 has a powerful, clean and efficient heart

Powerful and responsive, the Trekker4 is a guarantee of productivity and safety, even on rough and sloping terrain thanks to the new Deutz-AG TCD Stage V engines. These 2.9L, 8-valve, 4-cylinder turbo aftercooled engines with electronic common rail injection system offer power ratings from 75hp to 112hp and deliver their maximum power between 375 and 420 Nm in the speed range 1500–2000 rpm. Equipped with a high-capacity radiator package, oil cooler, additional oil tank, viscostatic fan and 8-inch Power Core combustion air filter, these engines further improve the efficiency of the Trekker4. An 80-litre high capacity fuel tank ensures many hours of continuous operation without the need to refuel.

Speed Four transmission: rugged, efficient, reliable

The Trekker4 is equipped with the rugged and reliable Speed Four transmission. Designed and manufactured by Landini to ensure the quality and efficiency that have always been our trademark, the Speed Four transmission offers four synchronised gears and two mechanical ranges and can be equipped with either an overdrive or a creeper providing 16 forward and 8 reverse speeds. With the overdrive, the tractor reaches a top speed of 15 km/h, while the creeper allows a minimum speed of 300 m/h. The transmission is equipped with a synchro shuttle that allows the operator to easily shift from forward to reverse by simply operating the conveniently placed shuttle control lever without distracting from driving.

Driving position: Plat and Cab

The platform is suspended on four Hydro-Silent Blocks and fully isolated from the transmission. These innovative solutions help absorb impacts from the ground, protect the driving position from engine heat and reduce noise, thus ensuring the highest level of comfort in the crawler segment.

Designed with comfort in mind, the driving position is mounted on a spacious lowered platform for ease of access and features a high-quality Grammer seat with air suspension and armrests, and suspended clutch and brake pedals. The ROPS configuration ensures complete all-round visibility for increased productivity. The new design of the digital instrument cluster and side console further enhances the tractor’s functionality: all controls have been redesigned and rearranged in a more logical manner to improve ergonomics and ease of use.

With the new cab of the Trekker4, comfort, visibility and safety take centre stage. The new cab is a six-post design with large heat-absorbing glass areas that provide a superb all-round visibility. The rear window can be opened to allow natural ventilation and to give operator full view of rear implements.

To protect the operator from pesticide contamination, the new monocoque cab of the Trekker4 features a Category 4 filtration system with activated carbon filters and an internal pressurisation system that can be digitally controlled from the dashboard.

Hydraulic system configured to your needs

The versatile hydraulic system of the Trekker4 is designed to be configured for the user’s precise needs. The system features an exclusive triple pump with a total flow of 112 l/min. Two pumps provide 56 + 28 l/min to operate the rear hitch, the remotes and other hydraulic functions, while the third pump supplies 28 l/min to the steering system, the brakes and the transmission. The PTO offers two servo-assisted speeds: 540/540E or 540/1000 rpm. The standard configuration includes up to five rear remote valves. Each remote is controlled by a dedicated lever. The system can be equipped with up to six easily accessible, high-quality quick couplers and an oil flow control valve at the front.
