5H SERIES, TECHNOLOGICAL EVOLUTION

Built as an evolution of the Landini 5H range, the 5H T4i tractor series is powered by a technologically advanced Perkins® engines. The 854E-E34TA 3.4 liter, 4-cylinder, turbocharged and intercooled diesels feature a two-valve cylinder head and a common-rail direct fuel injection system. Using an innovative exhaust gas recirculation technology (EGR) which helps to reduce NOx emissions during combustion, the Perkins engines meet the Tier 4i emission regulations without the use of additional fluids. Based on cutting-edge technology, these engines deliver improved power and torque performance with reduced fuel consumption. The 5H T4i series comprises four models (5-090, 5-100, 5-110, and 5-115) with power ratings from 88 to 113 hp. The 5H T4i series has a modular and versatile gearbox (Speed Four) with four synchronized gears in three ranges offering 12 forward and 12 reverse speeds.  With the 3-speed power shift (H-M-L), 36 forward and 12 reverse gears are available. The hydraulic power shuttle can also be equipped with a creeper providing a total of 48 forward and 16 reverse speeds.  Standard features of the power shuttle transmission are the shuttle modulation control which allows the operator to regulate how smooth or aggressive the tractor shifts as well as the de-clutch button which allows the operator to change gears without the use of the clutch pedal.  The 5H T4i tractors are equipped with electronic lift control of the rear 3-point hitch, along with lower link draft sensing for simple, "automatic" operation.  The standard 3PT hitch lift cylinders provide up to 10,450 lbs of lift.  The cab with standard air suspension seat offers improved levels of ergonomics and operator comfort, making these tractors ideally suited for intensive field operations, loader and general utility work.
