The FR650C tiller is powered by Honda’s 4-stroke, OHV engine for quick, dependable starts and quiet operation. Honda’s exclusive ARS TM  Active Rotary System with two sets of counter-rotating tines eliminates the need for a drag bar and efficiently tills the soil with reduced) pulling and kick back.
