The dual-stage HS622TC is powered by an ultra-robust, GX160, 4-stroke, overhead valve (OHV) Honda engine. It clears a 21.7-inch (55-cm) path, throws snow up to 14 m (46 ft.)* and has a 2-speed-plus-reverse, gear-driven transmission. The auger is shaft driven through a dry, multi-disc clutch, so there are no belts to worry about. The two tracks are also shaft driven and have 3 height settings that can raise or lower the auger housing for varying snow and surface conditions. Other features include simple and easy-to-use controls, a single-lever chute control, low-profile, compact design for easy manoeuvring, and adjustable skid shoes. Also available in a 120 VAC, electric-start model, the HS622TCS. |
