A compensating hydraulic cylinder on the boom with an elastomer shock absorber a stopper allows:

Angle settings:

Setting front and rear disc gang angles is done by mechanical rods or hydraulic ram (option)

• Adjusting the angle of attack in function of:
  • soil type
  • weather conditions
  • degree of finish required
  • disc wear

Choice of equipement:

• A wide choice of disks is available to adapt to all conditions. Particular attention should be paid to:
  • The type of discs: smooth, serrated, alternating.
  • Size: 610, 660, 710 mm diameter.
  • Thickness: 6, 7 ou 8 mm.
  • Choice of disc spacing 230 and 270mm.

A heavy roller for leveling and finishing:

• The working depth of the tool is controlled by the roller which is completelymachine supporting. It is therefore possible to adjust the working depth from the cab.
• The heavy Emopak roller supports the maintenance of the machine at work and leaves a perfect finish.
• Leveling and machine stability during the job.
• Consolidation so as not to leave bumps or hollows.
• Creates ideal conditions for germination (loss of crop, green manure, quick seeding).

Different profiles on option:

• Ø 600 mm steel, “V” or flat profile
• Ø 740 mm steel, “V” profile or “Farm Flex” rubber
