 Features

SP9

In furrow plough. Characterised by its track based offset setting.
The large diameter wheel is mounted in a twin arm frame.

Rack and pinion front end

Only available on  Grégoire-Besson ploughs, it has been relaibility proven during several world records. More than 15,000 ploughs in service with this system. Many advantages: ease of use, smooth turning, reverse or stop at any time without risk. Control of wheel direction on turn over means increased maneuvrability.

Articulated front end

  • Turning angle: 110°.
  • Maneuvrability and smaller headlands
  • Hydraulic control of load transfer (option, Gregoire-Besson patent).

Compact "Z" beam means optimal wheel position

  • In the field it is further back permitting better load distribution and no  overhang
  • During transportation and pivoting the centre of gravity is lowered bringing better stability, significant load reduction on linkage arms.

Configuration adapted to your needs

  • Scalability with up to 2 extra bodies.
  • A  Grégoire-Besson exclusive feature an  additional body is mounted on the front beam to optimize the load transfer regardless of the number of bodies.

A full and up to date range

  • Adjustable working width: multiposition shoes or hydraulic adjustment.

  • Circular coulter (option).

  • Centralised hydraulic function selector (standard on W9).
