The superiority to other systems
Other systems require operators to devote a great deal of attention to the cutting system, especially on very large wide heads. The Geringhoff TruFlex Razor Air is a unique feature that forms an integral part of the cutterbar instead of using exterior tubes that are routed in front of the reel where they present a risk to the crops.

The integrated air system helps to capture more beans as harvest conditions change. Split pods and shatter beans are no match for the IAS as they retain more yield than aftermarket add on options.

Less risk of dropping seeds to the ground

The air leaves the slots in a controlled way and carries a large percentage of those seeds to the draper belt that are at risk of dropping to ground.

Due to the air system completely integrated into the flexible frame and cutter bar, active loss reduction is also possible with guidance close to the ground, which optimises the harvest of lodged crops and soybeans.
