  • Steel rear fenders are durable and offer protection from debris.
  • The seat tucks low between the fenders, and a straddle foot deck keeps the overall height low for orchard/vineyard work.
  • Steel grab handles on both sides for safe entry.
  • Vinyl seat with seat belt is mechanically suspended and adjustable for comfort
  • Transmission levers are positioned to the right of the seat for easy operation. Power shuttle versions with wet clutch have the shuttle lever near the steering wheel for convenience.
  • Large 14.5 gallon fuel tank under hood that is easy to fill.
  • Auxiliary fuel tank maintains fuel capacity even when front hitch is installed.
  • Mid-mounted ROPS folds forward over the hood with a low hinge point to educe the overall height of the tractor when needed.

The transmission systems of the new DEUTZ-FAHR specialty tractors have also been specifically developed to meet the high demands of modern agricultural businesses.

Deutz Fahr 5080 DVTransmission

The available 3-speed power shift transmission with 5 main gears is unique in this tractor class.

It provides up to 45 forward and 45 reverse gears. For greater driver comfort, gear changes can be carried out at the push of a button on the gear shift lever without any need to depress the foot clutch.

The Stop&Go system for convenient starting and stopping without using the clutch pedal comes as standard in all models featuring power shuttle.

A mechanical five-speed transmission is available with up to 30 forward and 15 reverse gears.
