Tanks
The Case IH 610 Liquid System is available in 1,800- and 2,000-gal. (6,814- and 7,571-L) capacities. The tanks are 12-gauge, 304 stainless-steel construction and feature internal baffles (one on the smaller tank and two on the larger tank) for stability.
Whichever tank size you choose, you get solid design and long-lasting stainless-steel construction. The full-length sump ensures uninterrupted product flow and complete product cleanout. Plus:
610 Liquid System Tanks - A 2-in. (5.1-cm) removable sparge tube runs the length of the tank for total product mixing and continuous in-field agitation
- The optional fresh-water rinse system completely cleans the tank and reduces the chance of residual chemical contamination
Plumbing
The heart of any liquid application plumbing system is the pump. At the heart of the 610 Liquid System, you’ll find the hard-working, hydraulically controlled Defco 7600 pump, a proven workhorse that delivers countless hours of moving product reliably.
The Case IH 610 Liquid System is built with the demanding custom applicator in mind. The plumbing is designed to give you the best performance in the business, acre after acre:
610 Liquid System Pump - Pulse width modulation (PWM) controls the pump speed to precisely deliver the proper rate of product per acre
- Wear on the impeller and internal pump components is reduced by running the pump just fast enough to accurately deliver product and agitate the tank
- Pump housing alignment further enhances system efficiencies and productivity
|
Booms
The 610 is available with either 70- or 65/85-ft. (21.3- or 18.2/25.9-m) boom widths. All booms are self-centering, and advanced breakaway technology prevents costly damage.
Outer breakaways help absorb horizontal shock loads. A combination of shock absorbers and springs react to cushion the breakaway action as the boom clears an obstruction. It then brings the boom safely back to its original spraying position.
610 Liquid System Booms - Hydraulic cylinders hold the boom structure down, keeping the centering chains tight and maintaining the boom’s centered spraying position
- Vertical shock loads to the booms are absorbed through hydraulic accumulators attached to the main leveling cylinders, lending extended life to the boom structure
Service
When application windows are short, time is money. There’s none to spare for loading, tank filling or other routine service functions. That’s why the 610 Liiquid System from Case IH features an operator-friendly service center. The service center provides for loading product, chemical induction, foam tank filling and foam concentrate transfer — all completed from one location.
Designed for fast, easy service, the 610 Liquid System offers a range of design features to enhance productivity, extend working hours and ensure operator safety:610 Liquid System Service - A side ladder provides ground-level access to the walkway and tank top during reloading

ACCURATE. FLEXIBLE. EFFICIENT.

Precise and predictable product delivery is achievable with the 810 Flex-Air applicator featuring three metering gate heights to match rate requirements with field conditions and ground speeds. Dedicated tubes and adjustable deflectors ensure product application accuracy. The main bin uses an 8-inch auger, while the supplemental bins have dual 6-inch augers to feed the metering systems. Sensor-activated augers keep the product in the hopper at all times.
The Case IH 810 Flex-Air™ has a large, 287-cu.-ft. (8.1-cu.-m)-capacity bin. Because the 810 Flex-Air main bin is split, it can carry one or two different blends, allowing you to address a variety of field needs. That flexibility is what puts the “flex” in the 810 Flex-Air — the only system in the industry to offer this configuration in a single bin option. |
810 Flex-Air Box
The 810 Flex-Air offers even more options for total application flexibility. That’s because Case IH offers double and triple bin options. They’re available to increase total product capacities up to 346 cu. ft. (9.8 cu. m) when equipped with: - 50-cu.-ft. (1.4-cu.-m) co-ap bins
- Supplemental augers
|
CO-AP BINS
Case IH 810 Flex-Air applicator co-ap bins are available in 50-cu.-ft. (1.0- or 1.4-cu.-m) capacities. The bins are mounted externally of the main bin. That means main box capacity is not compromised and you get additional application flexibility. Bins are easy to access and easy to service. And the bins tip out for easy, hassle-free cleaning.
Co-ap bins for the Case IH 810 Flex-Air applicator are designed with accuracy and productivity in mind, with field-friendly features like extra-large doors that open to the center for simple loading, and the wind cover latches to make access a breeze. Plus: - Grease banks are centralized for easy maintenance
- Internal illumination for both co-ap bins and the metering housing for easy monitoring in low-light conditions
- Three metering wheel sizes available to cover all your application needs
|
Mid-Mounted Booms
Case IH 810 Flex-Air mid-mounted booms are located over the chassis’ center of gravity, forming a very stable spreading platform with reduced boom hop. A parallel-linkage suspension system supports the booms, absorbs shock loads and maintains a level boom through compression springs and centering shocks.
The stable mid-mounted booms fold forward into the spreading position and fold rearward for transport, allowing for excellent visibility while traveling from field to field. They are available in two widths: - 60 ft. (18.3 m) with 2.5- or 3-in. (63.5- or 76-mm)-diameter tubes
- 70 ft. (21.3 m) with 2.5-in. (63.5-mm)-diameter tubes
The four rear tubes on all boom widths are 3-in. (76-mm)-diameter tubes. |
Product Delivery System
Product is transferred from the main bin to the product delivery hopper via an 8-in. (20.3-cm) auger and flows freely to a dual conveyor belt system located directly below the product delivery hopper. The dual conveyor belt system dedicates one conveyor to each boom, allowing for instantaneous on/off and true left/right shutoff capability.
Each conveyor has its own metering gate system with three gate-height adjustments. Vertical product dividers evenly split product flow before it drops off the conveyors into dedicated venturi tubes where it is carried out of each boom tube on a bed of accelerated air for even dispersal on the ground.
The 810 Flex-Air gives you the choice of two controller options: - The Case IH SCS 5000, for single-product fixed or variable-rate application and data logging
- The Case IH Viper 4, for single- or multiple-product applications at fixed or variable rates
- The Viper will perform data logging and a variety of field-mapping functions via the full-color touchscreen display
|
Efficient Design
- Externally mounted 500-gallon liquid system
- Separate hydraulic motors control the conveyor's on/off and left/right shut-off without high-maintenance gearboxes or clutches
- Twin fans are mounted directly behind and under the metering system, with direct air inlet screens for maximum efficiency
- Fan speeds up to 6,000 RPM ensure there's plenty of air volume to carry product down the booms
|
Versatility
- Cover more ground with one machine
- Accurately apply both dry fertilizer and granular herbicides
- Materials delivered and metered near the distribution point makes changing rate quick and easy
|
OPTIMUM CONTROL MEANS MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY.
Thoughtfully designed, well laid-out controls let operators make the most of every hour in the field. Advanced control technologies increase accuracy, minimize over- or under-applications, and get every bit of value from each drop or granule you apply. Titan Series floater control options give you a range of ways to get the very most out of your floater, and your application windows.
